The WWII history comprises the bulk of this book. The 1st Suffolk's were at Dunkirk, and in Normandy. The 2nd Bn. was in India, and fought in Burma - they were at Imphal. The 4th and 5th Bns., after Dunkirk, were part of the 18th Division in Singapore.
