2/19th Battalion, AIF

Mike - Just a brief note to let you know that a new edition of the unit history of the 2/19th Battalion, AIF, is expected to be published within the next six months, according to Di Elliott, who is editing it. I have pre-ordered a copy, and will let you all know when it arrives.

BLOOD ON THE HIBISCUS

Cynthia - Dos any one have any knowledge of a book "BLOOD ON THE HIBISCUS", or some such. Understand it was written by a doctor in Kavieng during the occupation and is in a private collection in Canada somewhere. I may not have the title right.

Could you please advise me where I may obtain a copy.
